Pinnaroo Kindergarten is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our collaborative team for the 3-year-old program in 2027. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) runs on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, focusing on play-based learning, intentional teaching and strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

The successful candidate will reflect on practice, commit to professional learning, and support inclusive education for diverse needs in a supportive rural community

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration skills; able to work effectively with teaching staff, early childhood workers, and allied professionals
• Skilled in pedagogical documentation and reflective planning
• Demonstrated ability to engage children meaningfully and contribute to their learning stories
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and its application in daily practice
