Grow Early Education Hervey Bay is seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead our established team and run the day-to-day operations with passion.

You will inspire educators, manage rosters and budgets, and ensure high-quality early learning aligned with EYLF and NQS.

Formación

• Diploma or degree as approved by ACECQA.
• Experience as Centre Director in early childhood setting.
• Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and QIP.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations in line with policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality early learning programs.
• Manage rosters and staffing budgets.
• Oversee financial requirements per budget guidelines.
• Build relationships with families, educators and the local community.
