Goodstart Morayfield is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead and grow the centre, guiding a large team, and driving high-quality early learning outcomes. You will oversee program delivery, operations, and financial performance to ensure sustainable centre success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training and Advanced Child Safety Training (Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and fostering reflective practice.
• Plan for the future of your centre, build attendance pipelines and maintain a revenue-generating business.
