Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to drive data-led decision making across the business. You will analyse complex data, develop dashboards, support forecasting and budgeting, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams is essential to translate data into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, finance or a related discipline.
• Strong skills in Power BI, SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience analysing large datasets and identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for solving business problems through data.
