Job summary

Versent is seeking a Data Analyst with strong Power BI capability to join our growing team. You will work with stakeholders across the business to design reporting solutions, build dashboards, and transform complex data into meaningful insights.

You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, develop data models, and optimize DAX calculations, helping drive data-informed decisions across the organisation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Power BI development experience.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query and reporting best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build robust data models and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Provide Power BI administration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and optimise DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Produce clear documentation and technical artefacts.
• Continuously improve reporting, data quality, and analytics capabilities.
