Job summary

Norwest Recruitment is partnering with a government organisation to appoint a Research & Insights Coordinator on a 12-month maternity leave contract, based in Macquarie Park. The role focuses on leading strategic research from survey design to reporting and translating insights for leadership decisions.

You will design and analyse surveys, support community engagement, and help develop customer experience metrics with hybrid work options and a competitive hourly rate depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Independent research capability with data-driven insights.
• Experience designing surveys and measuring customer/community sentiment.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience managing research projects from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic research projects from survey design to reporting.
• Support community engagement through feedback mechanisms and analysis.
• Develop and deliver customer experience research metrics and methodologies.
• Design and analyze customer satisfaction and community perception surveys.
• Advise cross-functional stakeholders on research approaches and questions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex findings into clear, concise reports for decision-makers.
