Job summary

Domain is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Research and Insights team in Sydney. You will support delivery, coordination and amplification of insight-led initiatives across Residential Economics, Customer Insights and CRE, reporting to the Insights Director within Marketing.

You will act as a central point of coordination across projects, stakeholders and business requests, helping insights translate into value for customers, clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences or related field.
• Highly organised with strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
• Curious, proactive and detail-oriented with a genuine interest in research and insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of research, analytics and insight projects across domains.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and stakeholder communications.
• Manage requests for data, research and insights from internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• Support the preparation and delivery of reports, presentations and briefing materials.
• Track and report on impact of research and insight activities, including media outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, processes and systems that improve visibility and efficiency across the Insights team.
