Job summary

Norwest Recruitment partners with a government organisation in Macquarie Park to appoint a Research & Insights Coordinator on a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role focuses on designing and delivering research from surveys to reporting, translating insights into decisions and improvements.

The candidate will work on customer satisfaction, community perception and feedback surveys, and engage with stakeholders to advise on methodologies and metrics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, Market Research, or equivalent.
• Experience in survey design and customer/market research.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience managing research projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic research projects from survey design and data collection through analysis, insights and reporting.
• Support community engagement initiatives through design and analysis of feedback mechanisms.
• Support development and delivery of the customer experience research program and metrics.
• Design and analyze customer satisfaction, community perception and feedback surveys.
• Advice on methodologies, survey questions and feedback mechanisms with stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex findings into clear reports for informed decision-making.
