Wesco Anixter is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative for our Melbourne Airport branch. You will support sales growth by engaging customers, driving programs, and delivering security solutions that meet client needs.

In this role, you will collaborate with Outside Sales, vendors, and product teams while managing quotes and complex orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. A customer‑focused mindset and tech aptitude are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in Inside Sales or account support within technology or wholesale distribution (preferred).
• Understanding of electronic security solutions (preferred).
• Strong phone and face-to-face communication skills with ability to sell and influence outcomes.
• Technical aptitude to discuss products and solutions.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and expand product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while growing account activity.
• Drive sales growth through outbound engagement and opportunity identification.
• Partner with Outside Sales, vendors, product managers and customer service across the sales lifecycle.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, support project registrations, and negotiate pricing to protect margin.
• Deliver product recommendations and solution-based advice aligned to customer needs.
• Support complex orders to ensure accurate processing and documentation.
• Promote and support internal and vendor-led sales programs and campaigns.
