Luminance, the pioneer of Legal-Grade AI, is expanding its Inside Sales team in Sydney. We seek confident, entrepreneurial self-starters to generate new business, build rapport with senior decision-makers, and thrive in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment with strong commission potential.

As a Business Development Representative, you will proactively engage prospects, secure meetings for the Sales team, and support campaigns with Marketing while exceeding KPIs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Articulate, motivated self-starter with a focus on over-quota performance.
• Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospective customers and uncover new business opportunities
• Secure high-quality meetings for the Sales team and drive attendance at Luminance-hosted events
• Connect with senior decision-makers across target markets through strategic outreach, including cold calling and targeted prospecting
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs in a results-driven environment
• Leverage social selling techniques to build pipeline and brand presence
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns and maximise outreach effectiveness
• Build strong working relationships with customer-facing Account Executives to support new business growth
