Job summary

MMEM's TLE Fyshwick branch is seeking an Internal Sales candidate to assist customers by phone, email and at the trade counter. You will manage orders end-to-end and help prepare items for daily deliveries, contributing to a busy Canberra branch.

No electrical wholesale experience is required; the right person will be customer-focused, eager to learn, and ready to pitch in across the team. A driver’s licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and willing to help where needed.
• Confident in dealing with customers and taking ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
