BlastOne is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative for our Port Hedland depot. This part-time role (approx. 25 hours/week) combines customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and practical warehouse support within a small local team.

You will handle accurate quotations and sales orders, check pricing and stock details, and support CRM activity while keeping stakeholders updated on delivery times. Training and PPE are provided, with a practical, hands-on work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, warehouse or logistics.
• Clear communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail when processing orders, checking pricing and maintaining customer or stock information.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence using ERP, CRM or order processing systems, with NetSuite and Salesforce well regarded.
• Basic warehouse knowledge, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control.
• Current driver’s licence, with forklift licence preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Following WHS requirements and helping keep the warehouse safe, tidy and organised.
