Job summary

South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Administration Officer Level 3 to support inpatient mental health services. The role focuses on timely, accurate patient administration, rostering, records management, and effective communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should have experience in hospital administration and hold or be willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration.

• Develop healthcare administration skills including patient systems, recruitment support, rostering, reporting, records management and coordination of ward processes.
