South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) in Randwick, Sydney is seeking an Administration Officer Level 3 for casual pool coverage across the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service. The role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support in a busy clinical setting on a casual basis.

The position is based at Prince of Wales Hospital with occasional travel to other sites within the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workplace.
• Experience responding to enquiries and providing appropriate responses in a healthcare setting.
• High level written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to quality service and improvement in administrative practices.
• High level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide interdepartmental administrative and customer service support across the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service.
• Cover vacancies within the administration team to meet timely, reliable objectives.
• Support inpatient mental health service teams with clerical tasks and coordination.
