Job summary

St Mary’s Cathedral College Sydney is seeking an outstanding TAS teacher for a temporary, full‑time role commencing 28 January 2027 and finishing 2 July 2027. You will teach Stage 4 Technology Mandatory and a mix of Stage 5/6 TAS subjects including Food Technology, Engineering Studies, Graphics, Computing, Enterprise Computing and Industrial Technology Timber.

Candidates with VET qualifications are welcome; you should be a collaborative, future‑focused educator with strong knowledge of NESA

Qualifications

• Must have tertiary teaching qualification and NSW NESA accreditation.
• Experience teaching TAS across stages 4–6 is preferred.
• Ability to differentiate curriculum to meet diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Teach Stage 4 Technology Mandatory and a mix of Stage 5/6 TAS subjects including Food Technology, Engineering Studies, Graphics Technology, Computing Technology, Enterprise Computing, and Industrial Technology Timber.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver student-centered learning in a Catholic environment.
• Ensure WH&S requirements are met and contribute to school life.
