Job summary

VeiraMal Consulting seeks an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join Grow with Me Childcare in Greenacre, NSW. You will plan and conduct learning experiences across indoor/outdoor settings, aligned with EYLF and NQF, creating a safe, inclusive learning environment for children’s growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, at least one year of relevant experience, WWCC validity and ongoing professional development commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent recognised by AITSL.
• Minimum one year of relevant early childhood teaching experience.
• Current WWCC and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Design play-based activities to support motor, language, numeracy and social development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress and wellbeing.
• Promote language and literacy through storytelling and songs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of children's learning and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with families, attend meetings, and support professional development.
