Job summary

The New Centre in Moorooka is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join a team that nurtures children to become their best. You will design engaging learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs and interests, with strong emphasis on observing progress and developmental development.

We offer supportive training and development within modern facilities, plus a structured environment that encourages growth and collaboration in Western Sydney, NSW, AU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or equivalent recognised by ACECQA.
• Experience delivering a Kindergarten program.
• Knowledge of NQF/NQS and EYLF.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
• Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card.

Your creativity knows no bounds when it comes to designing and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to each child’s unique needs and interests. You possess a strong understanding of child development theories and are skilled in observing and assessing children’s progress.

You will need to hold:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) OR Bachelor of Primary Teaching with approved diploma level qualification or enrolled and studying towards.
• Experience in implementing and delivering a Kindergarten program
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards (“NQF” and “NQS”), the Early Years Learning Framework (“EYLF”)
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
• Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
