Qualifications

• Knowledge of curriculum and ability to integrate literacy and numeracy into teaching.
• Experience planning/high-impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning growth.
• Experience using data to inform teaching and communicate progress to students and parents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families and staff.
• Commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional learning.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare and deliver programs to achieve specific student outcomes.
• Engage in reflective practice and professional inquiry to improve teaching.
• Support peers through mentoring and coaching where appropriate.
• Supervise and mentor student teachers as needed.
