Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a food related FMCG area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
• Ability to plan, monitor, and report on timelines and resources.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• Tertiary qualification in PM or related field or equivalent experience.

Status: Permanent Full-Time

The Role

We are seeking expressions of interest for the role of innovation Project Manager. In this role, you’ll lead cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure stakeholders are informed every step of the way. You’ll play a central part in shaping the future of our innovation pipeline bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to exciting new product and process initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the timely and efficient delivery of innovation projects
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Keeping key stakeholders informed on progress and risks
• Planning and allocating resources to meet project and business needs
• Exercising authority to organise meetings, utilise resources, and influence decision‑making across the business
• Ensuring project delivery aligns with business goals and customer expectations
