Job summary

Stanbroke is a leading Australian cattle and beef business seeking a commercially sharp Project Manager to drive new product development from concept to launch at our Grantham processing plant. You will lead NPD initiatives end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the innovation funnel, and align projects with financial and commercial goals.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field and at least five years in innovation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in innovation management.
• Experience managing NPD or innovation projects in food (beef or FMCG).
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering business outcomes.
• Familiarity with stage-gate, agile, or similar innovation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

• Lead NPD projects end-to-end - planning, timelines, approvals, financial assessment, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

Based at our Processing Plant in Grantham, you'll drive NPD projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring the best ideas to market - on time, to spec, and aligned with commercial goals. You'll also manage our innovation funnel, helping prioritise concepts and keep momentum across the pipeline.
