Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Recovery @ Work Coordinator to support Injury Management and Return-To-Work policies for health service staff. You will initiate and coordinate the return-to-work process, monitor progress, and provide reports to managers, contributing to timely and safe employee rehabilitation.

The role requires accreditation as a Return-to-Work Coordinator and knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation, with strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified health professional or relevant work experience.
• Accredited by SIRA as a Return-to-Work Coordinator / Recovery@Work Coordinator.
• Knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation and SIRA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, co-ordinate and monitor the return-to-work process.
• Provide progress reports to Managers.
• Participate in claims management.
