Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) invites applications for the Injury Management Team Leader role in Adelaide CBD. Lead CALHN’s injury management team, guide complex claims, and drive safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

You will develop plans and programs, build partnerships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with legislative and accreditation standards. A strategic leader with experience in complex organisations is essential.

About the Role

Lead CALHN’s Injury Management team and shape services that support safe, sustainable return to work. You’ll guide complex claims, build strong partnerships and drive quality systems that improve outcomes for our people and organisation.

• Lead and mentor the Injury Management team

• Develop injury management plans, programs and strategies
• Build partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders

• Monitor claims, service outcomes and performance data

• Drive service improvement and reduce organisational risk

About You

You are a strategic Injury Management leader who combines expert knowledge, sound judgement and strong people leadership to achieve positive return to work outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent expertise
• Bring extensive injury management and return to work experience
• Lead teams, systems and strategies in complex organisations
• Interpret workers compensation legislation and complex claims
• Provide expert advice and negotiate with key stakeholders
