Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Injury Management team
• Manage complex and high-risk injury claims
• Drive early, safe and sustainable return to work
• Develop injury management plans, programs and strategies
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Guide legal, compensation and dispute matters
• Monitor claims, outcomes and performance data
• Maintain legislative, audit and accreditation standards
• Drive service improvement and reduce risk
