Job summary

Lotus People is seeking an experienced Injury Management Consultant to manage end-to-end injury management and rehabilitation, working with employers, injured workers and healthcare providers to support safe return-to-work outcomes.

You will apply your allied health background in a strategic, consultative environment while building trusted relationships with clients across a diverse portfolio; a hybrid working model and ongoing career development await.

Qualifications

• Allied health qualifications and relevant certifications.
• Experience in injury management and workplace rehabilitation.
• Strong understanding of return-to-work frameworks and rehabilitation practices.
• Proven consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience outside of purely clinical environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace injury and rehabilitation cases from initial assessment through to return to work
• Develop tailored injury management and recovery plans
• Consult with employers, insurers and healthcare providers to drive positive outcomes
• Provide expert advice on injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio
• Facilitate return-to-work planning and monitor ongoing progress
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate case documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes

About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Consultant to step into a varied and client-facing role where no two days are the same. Working closely with employers, injured workers and healthcare providers, you will manage end-to-end injury management and rehabilitation processes to support safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. You’ll utilise your allied health background in a more strategic and consultative environment while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

DUTIES

• Manage workplace injury and rehabilitation cases from initial assessment through to return to work
