In this national role you will oversee workers’ compensation and injury management across multiple sites, partner with insurers and providers, drive early intervention and return‑to‑work outcomes, and support leaders to ensure compliant, safe

Qualifications

• Experience managing workers’ compensation, injury management and RTW programs.
• RTW Coordinator accreditation or equivalent; clinical background valued.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers’ compensation and injury management across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with insurers, medical practitioners and rehabilitation providers.
• Drive early intervention and return-to-work planning for injured employees.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance and rehabilitation requirements.
• Monitor claims performance and identify trends to improve outcomes.
• Prepare reports to support compliance and business decisions.
• Support injury prevention initiatives and promote safety culture.
• Maintain accurate confidential records in line with legislation.
