Cornerstone Health in Sydney is seeking a Technology Project Manager to oversee delivery of priority technology and business transformation initiatives, with initial focus on the Infrastructure Remediation Program, collaborating with the Chief Transformation Officer, CIO, Head of IT Operations, stakeholders, and external partners.

You will drive delivery plans, manage risks, coordinate testing and transition to BAU, and report to executives.

Formación

Experience delivering technology, infrastructure or business transformation projects in healthcare or regulated environments.
Structured project governance with risk, issue and dependency management.
Certification in PRINCE2 or PMP or an equivalent framework is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Own and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and delivery partners.
Maintain project risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decision registers.
Track scope, budget, expenditure, invoices, and change requests.
Prepare concise status reporting for executives and governance forums.
Coordinate testing, implementation windows, and operational readiness activities.
Manage stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
Coordinate documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition into BAU operations.
Escalate delivery risks and decisions early.
Support other priority technology and business transformation projects as required.
