Job summary

Unitywater is seeking an experienced infrastructure leader to become Manager, Infrastructure Solutions, driving the next phase of our Capital Program. You will oversee the five-year plan, align across Unitywater and framework partners, and deliver sustainable infrastructure outcomes for a growing region.

The role requires strategic leadership across prioritisation, planning and delivery, with a focus on performance, risk management and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Senior executive leadership experience managing large infrastructure programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to lead strategic partnerships and collaborative delivery arrangements.
• Proven ability to drive program delivery performance and manage complex risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance and delivery of Unitywater's rolling five-year capital program with safety, quality and risk management.
• Drive integration and performance of Unitywater teams and Framework Partners to optimise resources.
• Accelerate maturity of the integrated delivery model with governance and continuous improvement across the program lifecycle.
• Provide strategic leadership across prioritisation, planning, design and delivery to support asset performance and customer outcomes.
• Build organisational capability and lead change to create a high-performing, commercially focused team.
