Job summary

Unitywater is seeking an experienced infrastructure leader to manage the next phase of a $1.8 billion rolling capital program. You will lead the Infrastructure Solutions Branch and collaborate with private sector partners to deliver outcomes that balance commercial performance with safety and asset integrity.

The role focuses on strengthening program governance, advancing delivery maturity, and building high‑performing, commercially aware teams in a growing region.

Qualifications

• Senior executive leadership experience managing large, complex infrastructure programs and multidisciplinary teams across the full infrastructure lifecycle.
• Proven ability to improve program delivery performance, manage complex commercial/operational risks, and drive accountability for outcomes.
• Proven experience leading strategic partnerships, relationship-based contracts and collaborative delivery arrangements involving shared risk and performance obligations.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and demonstrated capability to lead organizational change and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the five-year capital program, strengthening delivery certainty, commercial outcomes and safety/quality controls.
• Drive integration and performance of Unitywater teams and Framework Partners to optimise resources.
• Advance the maturity of the integrated delivery model with governance, processes and performance measures.
• Provide strategic leadership on infrastructure prioritisation, planning, design and delivery to support asset performance and customer outcomes.
• Build organisational capability and lead change to deliver sustainable infrastructure outcomes.
