Job summary

Unitywater in the Sunshine Coast and Noosa region is seeking an experienced executive to lead the Infrastructure Solutions Branch, directing Unitywater's $1.8 billion rolling five-year capital program and collaborating with Framework Partners to deliver value, safety, quality and asset performance.

You will shape governance, drive delivery maturity, and foster a high-performing, commercially focused team across multidisciplinary groups, aligning investment with customer outcomes and long-term

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with eligibility for Corporate Membership of Engineers Australia and current Registration as a Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ).
• Senior executive leadership experience managing large, complex infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to improve program delivery performance and manage commercial/operational risk.
• Experience leading strategic partnerships and collaborative delivery arrangements with shared risk.
• Strong commercial acumen and capability to lead organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance and delivery of the rolling five-year capital program, strengthening delivery certainty and safety/quality management.
• Drive integration and performance of Unitywater teams and Framework Partners, establishing clear accountabilities.
• Accelerate maturity of the integrated delivery model with governance, processes and performance measures.
• Provide strategic leadership across prioritisation, planning, design and delivery of infrastructure investments.
• Build capability and lead change to deliver sustainable infrastructure outcomes.
