Job summary

Central Highlands Water is recruiting a Senior Leader to join the Capital Delivery Team. You will provide high-level project management and delivery from planning through to completion for the region's water and wastewater networks.

To succeed, you will bring tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related fields, at least 5 years of project management experience, and a history of managing consultants and contractors with strong stakeholder engagement. A current driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or allied profession.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in a project management role.
• Experience in managing consultants and contractors.
• Experience in stakeholder and community engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level project management and delivery from planning through to delivery for reliable operation of water and wastewater networks.
• Lead planning, scheduling and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Oversee scope, resources, budgets and timelines, and manage consultants and contractors as required.
