Job summary

Accenture is opening a technology and operations centre in Ballarat to support Australian businesses and government departments with onshore technology services. The role focuses on managed IT infrastructure services, including cloud, server builds, imaging, testing, and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, VMware).
• Experience with Windows Server, RHEL and OEL administration.
• SOE development, delivery and sustainment experience.

Responsibilities

• Capture SOE requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop high-level server build designs and sustainment roadmap.
• Create Windows, RHEL and OEL images per requirements.
• Deploy test VMs and coordinate cross-functional testing.
• Transition SOE images to BAU/operations team.
• Lead Infrastructure Analysts and Coordinators and manage incidents.
