Job description

Fulton Hogan is recruiting a Contracts Manager for the Garfield Road East Upgrade, a road scheme in the north-west of Sydney that widens the existing corridor to four lanes, rebuilds intersections along it, adds walking and cycling connections and brings in bus priority measures.

The post sits in the company's Eastern Region Construction business in New South Wales and works alongside the Project Director and the delivery team. The holder carries the commercial and contractual position on the scheme across its whole life.

The duties the advert names are leading contract management from award through to completion, running subcontract procurement and negotiation, settling commercial agreements, monitoring cost, variations and contractual obligations, identifying and managing commercial risk and opportunity, advising the project team on contractual questions, and supporting reporting, forecasting and commercial governance.
