Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications or related field.
• Ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication and community engagement plans for infrastructure projects.
• Create newsletters, flyers, roadworks notifications, digital content and stakeholder communications.
• Research and prepare ministerial briefings, executive correspondence and responses to community enquiries.
• Support public consultation activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives; prepare media materials and contribute to social media campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, project teams, local organisations and elected representatives; manage information in line with departmental requirements.
