Job summary

VIDA is seeking a Project Officer to support planning and delivery of major construction projects for Victoria's emergency services agencies. You will assist procurement, contractor engagement and reporting to ensure projects meet scope, time, cost and quality.

Working with Project Managers, you will prepare plans, monitor progress, support risk management and facilitate project meetings. The role requires organisation, adaptability and a collaborative approach across multidisciplinary teams in

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration and stakeholder engagement in construction/infrastructure/public sector.
• Familiar with procurement and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience in site management of trades on infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of complex construction projects for emergency services agencies.
• Assist procurement activities, contractor engagement and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project plans, monitor status, and support risk and issue management.
• Coordinate meetings and contribute to business cases and investment documentation.
