VIDA Community Safety is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to provide high-quality commercial advice across construction and infrastructure delivery in Victoria. You will collaborate with project, legal and procurement teams on contract strategies, tender evaluations and final documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (or higher) qualifications in business, law, commerce, economics or equivalent.
• Experience providing commercial oversight across procurement and contracting lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of government procurement policies and contract strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial advice on construction and infrastructure project delivery.
• Collaborate with project, legal and procurement teams on contract models, tender evaluations and documentation.
