Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Advisor for a 12-month contract based in Nerang on the Gold Coast. The role focuses on end-to-end procurement, tendering, contract management and stakeholder engagement within a large infrastructure-focused environment.

Key tasks include managing procurement activities, coordinating RFQ/tender processes, evaluating suppliers and providing procurement advice to internal stakeholders, with governance and compliance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in government, infrastructure, engineering, construction, transport or utilities.
• Experience managing procurement processes from planning through to contract award.
• Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with tendering, evaluations and supplier management.
• The ability to work from the Nerang office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities
• Coordinate RFQ and tender processes
• Support supplier evaluations and contract establishment
• Provide procurement advice to internal stakeholders
• Monitor procurement compliance and governance requirements
• Assist with ongoing contract management activities
