Job summary

Green Light Worldwide in Adelaide is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Project Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure deployments. The role focuses on coordinating release schedules, resources, and environment readiness across multiple domains to ensure delivery is on time and within standards.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with service owners, SMEs, and operations to ensure readiness and regulatory compliance, while maintaining thorough deployment records and driving

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Infrastructure Delivery/Deployment Lead or Infrastructure Project Manager roles for large corporate clients.
  • Strong ability to coordinate release schedules, resources and environments across multiple domains.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional dependencies and governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and coordination of end-to-end infrastructure deployments, including release scheduling and environment readiness.
  • Orchestrate deployment activities across Networks & Communications, Cloud, IAM, and Server & Hosting domains; manage dependencies and risks.
  • Develop and govern deployment runbooks, implementation plans, and change documentation.
  • Align deployment with calendars, maintenance windows, SLAs, and business priorities to minimise disruption.
  • Coordinate migration and cutover activities, validation testing, rollback planning, and post-deployment checks.
  • Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness before deployment.
  • Collaborate with Change Management, Communications for stakeholder engagement and deployment notices.
  • Engage Architecture, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance to meet design standards and controls.
  • Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies; drive mitigations and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain deployment records, including schedules, checklists, testing evidence, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure ITIL-aligned change, incident, problem management, and governance processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Green Light Australiaare looking to engage an Infrastructure Delivery Project Manger to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and coordination of end-to-end infrastructure deployments, including release scheduling, resource planning, environment readiness, and go/no-go decision management.
  • Orchestrate deployment activities across Network & Communications, Cloud, Identity & Access Management, and Server & Hosting domains, ensuring dependencies, sequencing, and delivery risks are effectively managed.
  • Develop, maintain, and govern deployment runbooks, implementation plans, and change documentation to support consistent, repeatable, and auditable delivery outcomes.
  • Align deployment execution with operational calendars, maintenance windows, service level commitments, and business priorities to minimise disruption and ensure service continuity.
  • Coordinate technical implementation, migration, and cutover activities, including validation testing, rollback planning, and post-deployment health monitoring.
  • Partner with service owners, technical SMEs, and operational teams to ensure appropriate documentation, knowledge transfer, support processes, and operational readiness are established prior to deployment.
  • Collaborate with Change Management and Communications teams to deliver timely stakeholder engagement, deployment notifications, and business readiness activities.
  • Engage with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure all deployments adhere to approved design standards, security controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track deployment progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving mitigation actions, removing blockers, and escalating matters through appropriate governance channels where required.
  • Maintain comprehensive deployment records, including schedules, implementation checklists, testing and validation evidence, deployment metrics, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL-aligned change management, incident management, problem management, and operational governance processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in similar role as an Infrastructure Delivery/Deployment Lead or Infrastructure Project Manager for large corporate companies
  • Proven experience with infrastructure deployment management, technical release coordination and/or large-scale rollout delivery
  • Strong organisational skills for managing schedules, financials, resources, and cross-team dependencies across multiple environments
  • Proven experience with one or more infrastructure domains: Networks & Communications, Cloud platforms, Identity & Access Management, Server & Hosting.
  • Proven experience aligning deployment activities, operations, change management, and governance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groups.
