Base Pay Range

Job Summary / Overview

The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of deployment works including access installation, integration and commissioning. This role plays a key part in ensuring delivery of project milestones while maintaining compliance with safety standards and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scope of works documentation and contract management plans
  • Provide leadership and direction to subcontractors on access and construction methodologies
  • Manage and lead project teams across multiple work groups
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety management and corporate policies
  • Act as a trusted advisor during design and deployment feasibility assessments
  • Oversee deployment planning resources and HSEQ adherence
  • Interface with clients and accountable teams on reporting, planning and escalations
  • Manage project performance data, scheduling and reporting
  • Identify deviations from baselines and implement mitigation strategies
  • Promote a strong WHS culture across teams and subcontractors
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years relevant project management experience
