Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure change activities across large-scale programs.
• Facilitate change management processes and CAB updates with proper governance.
• Assist with CI management and service mappings in ServiceNow.
• Organise and coordinate project workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Provide scheduling, tracking, status reporting, and documentation support.
