Job summary

Infrastructure NSW is seeking an Associate Director, Infrastructure Assurance in Sydney to lead assurance activities on the built infrastructure program and investments, applying the II AF framework and monitoring outcomes. You will coordinate reviews, reports, and stakeholder engagement to improve investment confidence.

Qualifications

• This role requires relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in infrastructure planning, development, procurement, or delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, and ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage timely regular and ad-hoc reports, identifying performance issues and risks.
• Coordinate assurance review activities across Tier 1–Tier 3 projects and trends reporting.
• Lead development of strategies, programs, and procedures to enhance project outcomes.
• Manage special projects and draft evaluation reports on business cases to tight timelines.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data quality and smooth assurance activities.
