Job summary

Infrastructure NSW is seeking an Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, to lead the FP&A function in a major government infrastructure agency based in Sydney. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic financial advice, partnering with senior leaders to align financial planning with long-term priorities.

The role requires CPA/CA or equivalent and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting for large-scale infrastructure and property development projects.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance and a CPA/CA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting with strong commercial accounting.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure/construction and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, driving financial planning, reporting, analysis and forecasting.
• Develop long-term strategic financial models to inform decision-making.
• Partner with division leaders to develop budgets and forecasts and provide high-level financial insights.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting to senior leadership.
• Provide cash flow forecasting and reporting to maintain funding levels.
