Job summary

Infrastructure NSW is seeking an Associate Director, Infrastructure Assurance to provide assurance to project teams on the built infrastructure program using the Infrastructure Investor Assurance Framework and to establish monitoring and reporting to improve investment outcomes.

The role involves managing reports and reviews for Tier 1–3 projects, developing strategies with agencies, and leading special projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide assurance to project teams on built infrastructure programs using the IIAF framework.
• Manage reports, identify performance issues and risks for senior executives and Cabinet.
• Coordinate assurance reviews across Tier 1–3 projects; manage reviewers and timelines.
• Develop strategies, programs, policies to improve project outcomes with stakeholders.
• Lead special projects and draft evaluation reports with quality and timelines.
