We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) function. In this role, you will drive best-practice financial planning, reporting, analysis, and forecasting, ensuring senior leaders are provided with timely, accurate, and insightful information to support informed decision-making. You will be responsible for continuously improving financial processes, systems, and tools, while delivering strategic advice that enables the organisation to achieve its objectives and long-term priorities.
You will bring tertiary qualifications in Finance and a CPA, CA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification, supported by strong commercial accounting experience in budgeting and forecasting. You will have a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure construction, property development, and mixed-use projects, with demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and the management of complex development and construction agreements. You will also have experience working with multiple advisors across diverse specialist disciplines to support successful project outcomes.
