Job summary

Sutherland Shire Council is seeking two experienced Business Support Officers to join the Infrastructure Directorate on a temporary basis. You will provide high-level administrative support to leaders and teams delivering essential infrastructure services to our community.

Two key teams—Facilities & Fleet or Asset Strategy & Delivery—offer varied administrative duties, procurement support, and coordination of reports and documents.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-level admin support to leaders and teams.
• Experience with procurement processes or related admin duties.
• Ability to coordinate reports and documents across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Infrastructure Directorate and related teams.
• Support procurement activities and vendor coordination as needed.
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
