Job summary

Milestone IT is seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a major technology transition program in a Melbourne-based retail environment. You will take ownership of coordinating end-user devices, infrastructure and application transitions, with a hands-on approach to resolve delivery challenges.

• Experience delivering infrastructure and end-user technology projects.
• Proven track record in technology transitions, migrations or integrations.
• Strong understanding of end-user devices, applications and identity/access.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transition of employees onto new tech environments.
• Coordinate laptop provisioning, deployment and user onboarding.
• Oversee data migration activities and mailbox/email migrations.
• Support development of ongoing support model and handover.
• Maintain project plans, milestones and dependencies; report progress.
