Job summary

SA Water is seeking a Technology Portfolio Coordinator to assist the Program Director with program coordination, governance and administrative services. You will coordinate meetings, maintain documentation and support continuous improvement across the Technology portfolio.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement and the ability to work onsite in Adelaide CBD 3-5 days per week, with analytics support for reporting and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT programs and governance.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Project Online, Azure DevOps, SharePoint.
• Ability to work onsite in Adelaide CBD 3-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all aspects of the program.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for communications.
• Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
• Produce program reports for senior stakeholders.
• Manage logistical requirements for workshops and activities.
• Provide administrative support including minute-taking and calendars.
