Job summary

Randwick City Council is seeking an Information Systems Analyst to support the Information Systems team in delivering uplift of corporate systems, driving business partnership across Council, and providing expert support and continuous improvement for core and line-of-business systems.

You will build strong relationships across Council to understand operational challenges and translate business requirements into practical system and digital solutions, contributing to system enhancements,

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience supporting information systems across their lifecycle, including change management and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, with the ability to understand business needs and support a business partnership approach across Council.
• Well developed analytical, problem solving, risk management and decision making skills, supported by an understanding of IT service management (ITIL), governance and information systems best practice.
