Job summary

Department of Communities in Western Australia seeks a Team Leader Information Management Training to oversee training services for EDRMS users and related IM systems. You will develop training, knowledge bases, and user guidelines to promote strong information management practices, ensuring compliance with state policies.

You will lead the Information Management Training Team, delivering services that help record critical information and support staff across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the provision of Training Services for Users of the Electronic Document Management System (EDRMS) and associated IM systems.
• Develop and deliver training, knowledge base and User Support Guidelines for the adoption and enhancement of Information Management practices.
• Develop services which help ensure critical information is recorded in the EDRMS in accordance with Departmental policy and the State Records Act 2000.
• Provide Training Services and support materials which promote general records and IM awareness.
• Lead the Information Management Training Team.
