Job summary

Unitywater is seeking an Information Management & EDRMS Advisor to shape how information is governed, protected and leveraged across the organisation. You will act as the SME for information management and our EDRMS, driving best practice, compliance and system capability to transform information into strategic value.

You will lead governance, optimise the EDRMS platform, support projects and drive continuous improvement while building organisational capability through training and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Records Management or Information Management, or equivalent experience across the information lifecycle.
• Experience administering or improving Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS).
• Strong understanding of information governance, retention and disposal, and lifecycle management.
• Experience developing governance tools and recordkeeping plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence across the organisation.
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical abilities with practical solutions.
• Experience handling confidential information with privacy and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead information governance frameworks, policies and practices to support compliance and decision‑making.
• Manage and optimise Unitywater's EDRMS platform for reliability, security and performance.
• Act as trusted SME, supporting projects and organisational change with best‑practice information management.
• Drive continuous improvement to unlock greater value from information assets.
• Deliver training, mentoring and stakeholder engagement to build information management capability.
