Job summary

Calleo Australia is seeking a senior information governance professional to design and govern enterprise information architectures, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks. You will drive classification schemes and quality standards, partner with executives and architects, and ensure alignment with privacy, records, and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and governing enterprise information architectures, information models, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content structures.
• Experience developing information management standards, governance frameworks, classification schemes, and practices that improve information quality and usability.
• Ability to engage and influence business and technical stakeholders at all levels, including executives and governance forums.
• Experience designing logical and conceptual information models and structures that support discoverability and interoperability.
• Experience ensuring information architecture aligns with enterprise and solution architectures while enabling cross-system integration.
• Understanding information management obligations related to privacy, records management, security classifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in Agile environments using Azure DevOps and aligning with governance standards and policies.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and governing enterprise information architectures, information models, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content structures.
• Demonstrated experience developing information management standards, governance frameworks, classification schemes, and practices that improve information quality, accessibility, compliance, and usability.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, architects, and governance forums.
• Experience designing logical and conceptual information models, information classifications, metadata standards, taxonomies, and structures that support discoverability, reuse, and interoperability.
• Experience ensuring information architecture aligns with enterprise, data, solution, and business architecture practices while supporting integration across systems and services.
• Understanding of information management obligations relating to privacy, records management, security classifications, information governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using tools such as Azure DevOps, and ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, architecture standards, and organisational policies.
